Withdrawal form

This withdrawal request is made under the statutory cooling-off period. Please note that, as the products purchased are perishable goods, the following conditions apply:

The cooling-off period begins on the date you receive the beers.

You may only exercise your right of withdrawal for beers that have more than 14 days remaining before their best-before date, as stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Beers with 14 days or fewer remaining before their best-before date are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, you must return the beers to us within 30 days of the purchase date. The beers must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold.

Upon receipt of the returned products, we will inspect them for damage and verify their best-before dates. Any beers that are damaged, opened, or no longer suitable for resale due to their remaining shelf life will not be eligible for a refund.

The cost and risk of returning the products are your responsibility. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and we are not liable for products lost or damaged during return transit.
